Nate or Adrian personally reads each application within three to five days. No bots. No filters. If your answer made us think, it gets a reply.

If we want to talk, we send a calendar link in the same email. The call is half us asking about you, half you asking about us. No pitch, no pressure either direction.

Yes, waitlist, or not now
We tell you within 72 hours of the call. If it's a yes, you're in Hunting Party 01 — capped at twelve men. If it's a waitlist or a not-now, we tell you why, and we mean it.
